The earlier the better, especially for wedding season (May through September) and holidays. We can sometimes work with short notice, but our calendar fills fast on weekends.

We're based in Hillsboro and serve the greater Portland metro area any beyond.

No travel fees for events within a 25 mile radius from HIllsboro, OR - Outside of the radius we do charge a per mile travel fee.

A flat, accessible spot for the cart, and access to power if your event runs long. Water access helps but isn't always required, we'll confirm what your specific event needs once we know the details.

We would need an hour to setup and breakdown. This allows us to properly warm up our equipment before service and cool down at the end of service.
