Good to Know

  • We typically book 4 to 8 weeks out, but reach out for short-notice events. We'll do what we can.

  • Travel within the Portland metro is included. Events outside our standard service area may include a small travel fee.

  • Outdoor events welcome. We just need access to a flat surface and shade or coverage if temperatures are extreme.

  • A signed agreement and 50% deposit lock in your date.

  • If your location is a multi-story building, we will need access to the elevator, additional staffing is required for setup and breakdown.
