Rude Girl Coffee

Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 08/20/2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Rude Girl Coffee website and your booking of our mobile espresso cart catering services. By requesting a quote or booking our services, you agree to these terms. A signed Service Agreement covering your specific event will also be provided at booking and governs the details of your service.

Our Services

Rude Girl Coffee provides mobile espresso cart catering for private and public events, including:

  • Espresso Bar (hot chocolate is available as a menu item within this service)

  • Hot Chocolate Bar (a separate, standalone station from the Espresso Bar)

  • Cold Brew Bar

Available services and pricing are outlined in your individual quote. Any add-ons, upgrades, or custom requests must be approved by us in writing and may result in additional charges.

Booking Through FlashQuotes

We use FlashQuotes to send quotes, manage bookings, and process payments. When you accept a quote and book with us, your service agreement is directly between you and Rude Girl Coffee. FlashQuotes is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for our fulfillment of your booking.

Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date, except as described in our Force Majeure policy below. Your date is not reserved until the deposit is received. The deposit amount and due date will be outlined in your booking confirmation.

Payment

The remaining balance is due according to the payment terms outlined at booking. Any outstanding balance must be paid no later than 15 days after your event date. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Guest Count

You agree to provide an estimated guest count no later than 14 days prior to your event. Pricing may be adjusted if the actual guest count significantly exceeds the estimate provided.

Client Responsibilities

You're responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the event space, including setup time, parking (if applicable), and access to power and water if required. You'll ensure we have access to the venue no later than 1.5 hours prior to the event start time, and for up to 1 hour following the event end time, for breakdown and cleanup.

For events in multi-level buildings, you must confirm elevator access is available for the duration of load-in and load-out. If elevator access is unavailable, restricted, or shared in a way that creates unreasonable delays, we reserve the right to assess additional fees to cover extra staff, extended setup time, and equipment liability associated with stair transport. We'll communicate any such fees as soon as the condition is known.

Any changes to event details, including date, time, location, or guest count, must be communicated to us no later than 7 days before your event. Changes made within this window may result in additional charges.

Weather & Outdoor Events

We can operate outdoors provided weather conditions are favorable, meaning no rain and temperatures between 40°F and 90°F. If rain begins during your event, the cart must be relocated indoors or placed under covering that fully shields it from rain. Our espresso equipment may not function reliably outside this temperature range, which may limit our ability to deliver full service.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before your event: forfeiture of 50% of the deposit, no additional charges

  • Cancellations made between 8 and 29 days before your event: forfeiture of the deposit plus 50% of the remaining balance due

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of your event: may be subject to charges up to the full cost of services booked

Cancellations due to Force Majeure, including the weather conditions described above, are governed by our Force Majeure policy below and are not subject to this cancellation schedule.

Rescheduling

Your deposit secures your original event date and time only. It does not transfer to a new date. Requests to change your event date are subject to our availability and an additional rescheduling fee. If a mutually agreeable new date can't be confirmed, our Cancellation Policy above will apply.

Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, utility failures, fire, flood, earthquakes, government orders, public health emergencies, labor disputes, transportation failures, venue shutdowns, or other unforeseen events.

If such an event, including the weather conditions described above, makes it unsafe, impractical, or impossible for us to perform services, we may modify, delay, or cancel services without being considered in breach of these terms. We'll make reasonable efforts to reschedule your event to a mutually agreeable date, subject to availability.

If services are cancelled due to Force Majeure, your deposit will be refunded in full. In all other circumstances, deposits remain non-refundable. If services are partially performed before an interruption, you agree to pay for services rendered, and any remaining balance or credit will be handled in good faith.

Service Limitations

We reserve the right to adjust service flow as needed to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency. We're not responsible for delays caused by guest behavior, venue restrictions, or conditions outside our control.

Health & Safety

Rude Girl Coffee operates under Washington County Health Permit #34430504 and follows all applicable food and beverage safety regulations.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Rude Girl Coffee related to your quote, booking, and event logistics. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

Photography & Marketing

We may take photos or videos during your event for our own marketing and promotional use, including social media and our website, unless you notify us in advance that you'd prefer we not do so.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any disputes arising from these terms or your Service Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration. Each party is responsible for its own legal fees unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, Washington County, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
